    Just had this exact same problem on Fullscreen Pro (https://catchthemes.com/support-forum/topic/header-media-title-and-polylang/).

    But this time it is Decree Pro. Polylang shows me three strings to translate, that’s it. Why do you sell these themes as “…our Multilingual WordPress themes with built-in multilingual support. Supports plugin like WPML, Polylang and qTranslate.” if I cannot translate a single thing without help? What do I do now?

    @ville123: Hello there,
    All our pro themes are Multilingual but we only officially support WPML for translation. So if you use Polylang for translation you will need to create a child theme add some custom functions to make it work.
    As all our pro themes are WPML ready I suggest you to use WPML for hassle free translation.

    I hope this helps you out!
    Kind Regards,

    Still, you shouldn’t advertise them as supporting Polylang if they don’t. But I do in fact have a child theme in use and have already built all of my pages. So do you have the custom functions to give?

    @ville123: I will need your WP admin credentials for that. I will contact you shortly by email.
    Also let me know what section you would like to translate.

    Kind Regards,
    Skandha

    So I never got an e-mail from you, and as I cannot have my customer waiting forever, I went ahead and bought WPML. All pages translate correctly, as could be expected, but – again – I cannot seem to translate the front/landing page, not the Hero, Featured Content, Footer… nothing. I just went through 124 pages of strings, but non from the front page. Suggestions?

    The website is now on a new testing server and waiting to go live. And yes, I’m using a child-theme.

    I have a similar problem with a feature of this theme.

    I use “featured slider” on front page, and unfortunately there is no option to translate this… I’m a bit surprised.

    Any solution?

    What? I just have a little part to translate, and you suggest me to buy a 79$ plugin ? This plugin is more expensive then the theme itself !!! And my website is already configured and translated…

    “This theme is translation ready.” No, it’s not.

    The part that I have to translate is a fixed text block, can I you give me a solution to replace the module by a simple text block?

    I’m very surprised by your answer, 2 weeks later.

    I hope we can find a real solution.

    Thanks.

    @juli3n: Hello there,
    Can you please try using post/page type in the Featured Slider instead of Custom type and see if the translation works?

    Kind Regards,
