Hello,
I have a client who can’t see her site menus on her mobile device. She’s using an android phone but I can see them on both of my blackberries (which I keep because they’re so limited, I figure if something works on those, it’ll work on anything) so I have no idea what to tell her or what to check from my end to see if/what can be fixed.
Any direction would be most appreciated.

Just getting back to this. Disabling Jetpack mobile works for the initial problem, (thanks!), now the issue is that the menu being displayed is all of the site pages and not the one we set up to be displayed as the primary menu. It’s correct in the “view full site” option, but not in the mobile. How do I fix this?
Thanks again,
