I’ve experienced a lot of problems where featured images sometimes show up as the image on Facebook when you share a link and other times you do not. I know there are plug-ins to make this more precise.. but I would love a non-plug-in/theme only way to make this more precise..
Any thoughts?

This will help you in SEO as well as Facebook Open Graph. This assign your Featured image in the Open Graph image.
You can test your link with Open graph testing tool https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug
April 1, 2013 at 5:05 pm #6239cbtoolkitMemberHmm.. I’ll check it out.. My challenge is that I am using the all in one SEO plug-in and would need to move all my prior post and page meta data into the new plug-in.
But if it allows control over my default FB image, it might be the way to go.
Thanks.

I’ll be doing that this afternoon.
April 2, 2013 at 4:26 pm #6305cbtoolkitMember@Sakin.. I did the import and all worked well, including the FB image.. I also read about his take on keywords and other meta data and SEO info. Very good!
I’m going to be writing a blog about the tools I use on my site and will be mentioning catchthemes for sure. Thanks again for your assistance.
