Hello @drixe,

We checked on our end and it seems fine. There might be loading issues on your server, and don’t remove the header enhancement plugin because it has the feature to show video on mobile too.

Thanks, might be server issue.

Is there a way you will propose .ogg version also for browser that don’t like .mp4 ?

I might add it via javascript but I will love to find it in the UI for futur change of the client.

We have used the core WordPress built-in function for a video that doesn’t support a .ogg file at the moment.

Hello, i have same problem, the video on main page becomes greyed. It works previously but i don’t know why it’s not working now. I already installed header enhancement plugin too. I have checked on customize header media, and the video becomes error, it said:

Media error: Format(s) not supported or source(s) not found

Your given video file https://eximglobalsupply.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/cargo1.mp4 shows not found.

Kindly check your file has a video and check again.

Also, you can check by adding a YouTube video link in header video section to whether the header video is working or not.

But if you try to open the video link https://eximglobalsupply.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/cargo1.mp4, it says “404 Not Found”. So, try uploading on your server again.
