    I meant to include this question in my earlier post…

    Because I am being routed to webpages that don’t exist with the link issue described in my last post, how can I customize the header on the 404 Nothing Found page and have that show if there is an error with a link?

    I know how to find that block when creating a new page, but how would I create that page and have it set as the default page for an incorrect URL?

    @ccarnahan : You can edit the default 404 template and make changes as desired from the editor. You don’t need to add a new page or block to display the 404 page.
    Login to your WordPress admin section. Go to Site Editor. Click on the W (Toggle navigation) icon on the leftmost part of the site editor. Now click on Templates. You will find a list of available templates as shown below. Click on 404 and edit the template as desired and save your changes.
