    Cannot load theme, will not allow me to customize – keep seeing this message: There has been a critical error on your website.

    Either refund my money or resolve issue.

    @jjordan: Let me check with you? When do you get this error message? Is it after installing and activating the “Euphony Pro” theme? Send me more details.

    @jjordan: It was the server configuration issue due to the memory limit set to 64MB. Once hte memoery limit is set to 256MB. It all works fine.
