I’m still using Fotographie 2.0. When I try to add social icons to my Footer Using CT:Social Icons, It only gives me the option of “Title” and “Select Menu” (where the only option is Main Header Menu). That’s It! Nowhere to enter a link to social page or Icons to select. This is also true with other Social Media widgets I’ve tried. I have upgraded WordPress to 5.4.2
Please help. I have a Pro license but I can’t download the new version without purchasing again.

Can you please let me know if you have an active subscription or let me know the date of purchase so that I can contact sales and let you know soon.Regards,

Added CT: Social Icons widget to footer #1. The only thing that shows up in the footer is the menu title. No navigation label, no links at all. Also, there is nowhere to add links to icons when menu is created. All I see is “URL” and “Navigation Label”. This shouldn’t be that difficult. Can you please walk me through?
July 12, 2020 at 10:53 pm #252738dave HartParticipantStill no luck. This theme only allows menus in 2 locations, Header and Social. I’m unclear how to determine where “Social” is located. I want it in the footer. The customizer also states in the Widget section
“Your theme has 7 other widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them.
You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customizer to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages.”What does that mean?
I created a new menu called “Social Icons” and assigned it to “Social” menu. I uploaded PNG images of a couple icons and added their URLs to the “custom Links” of the Menu. I then go to Footer 1 and add the widget CT: Social Icon and select the new menu “Social Icons”. Nothing. No change. What am I doing wrong??

July 16, 2020 at 4:23 pm #253206dave HartParticipantBy The Way, The social menu does work when it’s in the Header, just not the Footer.
Does this theme allow a menu in the footer??July 17, 2020 at 2:35 am #253240tikaramParticipant@davehartmusic-com : I will contact you shortly by email.
