Audioman Pro latest update won't work

Hi there

My latest update won’t install it comes with this error message

An error occurred while updating Audioman Pro: Update package not available.

this is the March 2019 update that I’m talking about.

@logjammusic: To update pro theme you’ll need to first download the theme from your https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ page. Then install Catch Web Tools plugin and activate Catch Updater Module. https://wordpress.org/plugins/catch-web-tools/

I’m having the same issue but using the catch updater as shown in the video isn’t working.

Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

Destination folder already exists. /public_html/wp-content/themes/audioman-pro/

Theme installation failed.

@vizflair: Hello there,
This is strange.
Can you try the following method:

Updating Theme Using FTP

To update Theme though FTP, follow these basic steps:

* Download the latest version of theme from your Catch Themes member My-Account to your Desktop
* Unzip zip file to your Desktop
* Using an FTP client to access your host web server, go to /wp-content/themes/ and upload your new copy of Pro Theme which shall replace the old files

To be on the safe side do back-up your theme before updating.

I tried using FTP but it still showing an update needed. It’s odd because I uploaded the new folder as you instructed.

I am experiencing the exact same issue. works fine on all other browsers except safari. safari is up-to-date. browser cache is cleared, but backgrounds are wonky and do not completely load.

the site has been completely deleted.. wtf Skandha. all content is gone and is reset back to a fresh WordPress site. You call this “updating”?

The above reply wasn’t for you.
I have not made any changes to your site.
This should not happen after update.
Can you please explain what happened after update? Did you make any changes to the core theme files?

@indiemae: We have no control over your site content and database. The theme is just for design and it’s just changed the look and feel of your site. Also, we don’t know your site URL and also you have never given us the site access. So, how come we deleted your site. Looks like there is some confusion. You can ask your server support for login access logs.
