ParticipantI have just updated to version 2.0.2 and was pleased to see that the update addressed the issue with the menu on smaller devices but it is still not displaying correctly on my iPhone.
I recently purchased this theme and am trialing it out on my own website at https://www.domainline.co.uk/ before using it on some of my customers sites. I accept that my site does not show off all the features of the theme, but I am using it to become familiar with possible features etc.
Anyway, could you please provide guidance on the menu issue please?
Many thanks, Chris

ParticipantHi Skandha, I use an iPhone 8 Plus, although it is the same on my wife’s iPhone XR.
When i click the burger menu it just fills the screen and doesn’t give me the part f the website requested. I hope that makes sense!

ParticipantThanks Skandha. I have updated the theme and can’t see any new issues. The problem with the menu on mobiles is still there, plus in addition the background image in the Promotion headline section on iPhone is zoomed right for some reason (not a new issue to the update). Again, it displays fine on my laptop.

Participant@rodeboy: Hello Chris,
Can you try using the following CSS Code and check if the issue with background on iPhones is resolved.@media handheld, only screen and (max-width: 668px) { #fullpage .section{ background-attachment: scroll; } }
Let me know if the issue persists.
Kind Regards,

ParticipantMy site already had this CSS coding in there which I thought was totally strange. Then I found this https://catchthemes.com/support-forum/topic/catch-full-screen-pro-the-header-is-not-responsive/
I can see that is where the coding came from, so I am not going mad! That all said, the problem is still there (as is the menu one)
Look forward to hearing from you soon as I would like to use this theme on a new website I will be building for a customer in a couple of weeks.
Thanks Skandha,
Chris

Participant@rodeboy: Hello Chris,
I seem to have finally figured out the issue with the promotion headline section background on iPhones.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.#promotion-section .post-thumbnail-background { display:none; }
Let me know if this solves the background issue.

Participant@rodeboy: Regarding the background issue you can use the above CSS code as a temporary fix. The issue has been fixed and a theme update will be released soon.
About the menu issue on iPhones we are working on it to make it look better. I will update you on this.

ParticipantThanks for the update Skandha. From my point of view I’m glad it doesn’t appear to anything i’ve done!

ParticipantFor your info Skandha I have updated to 2.0.5 and then tried to remove the code you supplied but the background issue returned. So I have re-applied the code.

Participant@rodeboy: Hello Chris,
I checked your site and even with out the CSS I provided you the promotion headline section was showing up fine on iphone. Maybe it is a cache issue. Can you try clearing your browser cache and check if the issue is resolved after theme update?Kind Regards,
SkandhaFebruary 14, 2019 at 7:51 am #165845RodeBoy
ParticipantYep, you were right (of course!) All good now.
Any updates on the menu issue? Is it just my site, as the demo version doesn’t seem to behave in the same way.
Thanks as ever Skandha.
Chris

Participant@rodeboy: Hello Chris,
The menu covering the whole screen in mobile phones no matter the number of menu items was made to solve the background scroll issue when the menu was opened in mobile phones. So I don’t think much can be done about the menu issue.Apologies for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,
