Hi,
I’m attempting to update Full Frame Pro from version 3.9.5 to 3.9.6 and am encountering the following error message:

An error occurred while updating Full Frame Pro: Update package not available.

Please advise.

@antiguanice: To update pro theme you’ll need to first download the theme from https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ page. Then install Catch Web Tools plugin and activate Catch Updater Module. https://wordpress.org/plugins/catch-web-tools/
