I wanted to have my LOGO image and a news widget on top of the site for the first page. I accomplished this by using the Header Top Sidebar Widget. I shows perfectly in Safari and acts the way I want it to. Unfortunately the image does not show in Chrome or in Firefox but the news widget does. The other thing that does not work is that when you scroll down the site-title bar with primary menu scrolls off the page. That does not happen in Safari. Is there a better way to accomplish what I want that will work over all these browser platforms without having these problems? Thanks.
