Hello,
I asked why we did not display the presentation video on mobile devices and the first answer was: @karmatz: I’ll let you know after the issue is fix and update is release.
Then I asked to be able to put an image as an alternative that came on mobile phones and I was answered:
About that video header, it’s custom header from WordPress Core itself. I know, it will not display in mobile to save bandwidth and for optimization process. So, you need to add alternative image as well. Just go to “Appearance => Customize => Header Media” and upload Header Image.
I keep trying but it does not work! Do you help me since I spent 60 euros? Thanks for your answer
