Hi Sujeet, the problem is now fixed!

We’ve contacted our hosting provider which identified an issue within the .htaccess of the /wp-content/directory

So, in the end, the issue was therefore not caused by file permissions, but rather by the restriction rules defined in the wp-content .htaccess file, which were blocking certain resources and interfering with their SSO authentication system.
