Hi, I wound up switching over to a new plugin called EasyDigitalDownloads rather than the WooCommerce which you guys recommend and that seemed to do the trick. The WooCommerce plugin gives you a featured image which is around 450×400 px and it’s just too big b/c when it resizes it’s blurry. You should really look into that if you are going to recommend WooCommerce for your theme. Thanks for the quick response though. I’m still very happy with Catch Box Pro! 🙂

    Best,
    Tracy

p.s. if I can’t resize the featured image then I need to have a way to delete it from WooCommerce or disable it because it’s useless due to the size.

So what’s the appropriate size for the featured images?

The images are not consistent in terms of sharpness.

The top image is from the Featured image
The middle image was inserted via Add media (this looks fine)
The images at the bottom are also featured images and they are blurry.

    HELP!

So I am using WooCommerce plugin with Catchbox Pro theme and the featured image on the product page is GIGANTIC, no matter how much I resize it – it doens’t really resize. This is a problem because when related products come up, those featured images are not only gigantic, but blurry as well.

Hi Sakin, unfortunately, I’m not sure if it’s the Catchbox theme or what, but there is no option under Screen Options to see the Discussions Module. ANd if I disiable comments under regular settings, it disables it for the blog as well. So that’s not going to work.

I guess I’ll have to create a child theme. Can you point me to a tutorial that shows me how to do that? Thanks.

Can you put the social icons above the header for the Catch Box Pro theme?
