    lt looks like the problem was on the Theme Options/Header Options menu. When the only two boxes checked are “Check to move site tiotle and tagline before logo” and “Check to reset header margin” the mobile versions seem to work fime. No idea why. Let me know if I can help you fix this (assuming it needs fixing).

    My apologies. This particular ISP has encouraged us to use Sucuri security for WordPress. Unfortunately that has introduced considerable latency into updates, probably caused by Sucuri cacheing. You are correct. It’s working fine now.

    Mark this closed. Over on wp.org, someone suggested I change the setting for permalinks. I swear I’ve done that a couple of times. But for whatever reason it worked this time. FWIW I changed to year/month/ format.
