TikaramtikaramParticipant@asoc-andalucia-bird-society: It looks like it is a content related issue rather than a theme related issue. Let me know if there is anything that I can help you fix as I have no idea about how your site looked or what the contents were before the issue appeared on your site. If you have a copy of your site backup then it would be easier for you to revert to the previous state.

The site title is also supposed to have the same color. I tested locally with the theme and it looks fine at my end. Please try changing the color again If you are still having issue please let me know.

.site-header { background-color: #color-code; }
Note: change #color-code to the desired color code. You can search for color code and replace with your desired color.
To remove search function add the following css.
#primary-search-wrapper { display: none; }

Go to Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Portfolio
Under Enable on : Select Homepage/Frontpage
Under Select Layout : Select Special Layout.
Under Select Type : Select Category
Under Select Categories : Select your desired multiple categories and the selected categories will appear as the menu in the demo of the theme.Regards,
