If you would like to showcase items in the font page you may enable WooCommerce Products Showcase section where you can display the items from desired categories. Let me know if this helps.

Regarding the food menu section : You will need to install and active the essential content type plugin.
In the WordPress admin dashboard. Click on food menu and add items to your food menu.
To display the menu items Go to Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Food MenuUnder Enable on : Select Homepage/Frontpage
Under Select Type: Select Custom Post Type and below it select the menu items that you have created previously.Regarding the service section you can enable the section and select the desired service type. For more details please follow this link.
