@stephanies : The section containing five square images is the portfolio section. In the demo you can see it is named as Projects. Login to your WordPress admin section.
Go to Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Portfolio. Enable the section and add the desired items.

In the collection section you can display the desired products. you can select the items from the customizer.
The popular product section can be accessed from Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Popular Products

Please follow the theme instructions tab to know more about adding different sections.

@henebe : The plugin notice that appears in the theme page will be fixed in the upcoming update. You can check the plugins section from dashboard and there you can find the list of active plugins. Regarding the issue with other plugins I could not find any error message can you please let me know what error message is display so that I can check for the issue. The FSE editor is still in beta version and it is provided by WordPress core. You have not bought beta version but for now everyone is using the beta version of the editor. Let me know if you have any more issues.

@aligndesign : The issue is caused by the fixed height when you setup the page using the Elementor.
You can fix it by changing the setting from Elementor or add the following custom css to fix the issue.

    height: auto !important;
}
