just downloaded the demo. however, I can’t seem to find the section under the main header where it displays 5 square images. Where can I find that section?   cause it’s not on appearance — customize

In appearance–customize–“collection” tab what does that do?

in addition, I can’t find the Popular product section. where can I find that section?

@stephanies : The section containing five square images is the portfolio section. In the demo you can see it is named as Projects. Login to your WordPress admin section.
Go to Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Portfolio. Enable the section and add the desired items.

In the collection section you can display the desired products. you can select the items from the customizer.
The popular product section can be accessed from Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Popular Products

Please follow the theme instructions tab to know more about adding different sections.
