If you have knowledge of theme customization with child theme let me know I will guide you through the process.
You can add
order=DESC
in the short-code of your portfolio. It will reverse the order of items that are displayed on your portfolio page. Let me know if you have any more issues.Regards,

The issue is not due to the theme, its due to the frame set that you are using to load your site. let me know if you have any more issues.

TikaramtikaramParticipant@jgallant : You may test your your site with WordPress default theme like twenty-seventeen. If the issue seems to appear with default theme as well, then its not a theme related issue but if the problem persist with our theme only, then you may confirm that is a theme related issue.
