    My website is http://www.newsforcatholics.info

    As you can see I have a widget with an RSS feed in the top left section of the Header Top Sidebar.

    I would like to add an image of a spotlight to the right of that widget and be able to manipulate the distance between the two.

    Is there CSS that can accomplish this? Thanks for your help.

    @scoop : Please add the image widget and let me know. I will provide you the custom css after you add the image widget in the header top sidebar.
