I am afraid it is not possible to include excerpt under the title in the Portfolio section with available options. You will need to create a child theme and do a little bit of customization for that. Let me know if you are familiar with child theme customizations otherwise I suggest you to hire a customizer to get it done.

The Header Video not showing up on screen size below 900px width is a Default WordPress Feature. To have Header Video on mobile devices as well you will need to use our Header Enhancement Plugin.
