In the Porfolio section, is it possible to inlude an excerpt under the title for each Page with Custom CSS?

Alternatively, is it possible to have the first Page in the Header Highlight Section be the same width as the other Pages i.e. not full width?

I am afraid it is not possible to include excerpt under the title in the Portfolio section with available options. You will need to create a child theme and do a little bit of customization for that. Let me know if you are familiar with child theme customizations otherwise I suggest you to hire a customizer to get it done.

Figured out that I could control the first Page using

#header-highlights-content #large-featured-image
