And it doesn’t seem to effect the h1,h2 elements in the slider.
Can you explain what happens to the h1,h2 elements if the above CSS is added?

The fullpage.js disables the scrolling function of scroll up or to top in the homepage. If you check in post or pages other than homepage the to top option works fine.
To make the to top option work in the homepage you will need to enabling normal scrolling.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => FullPage Options => Check to enable Normal Scrolling

I checked your site on mobile devices and the header image seems to be centered. Do you mean the full image is not showing up on smaller screens?

The site logo seems to be displaying fine. You already have a small logo so I don’t it needs to be made even smaller in mobile devices. Check our the screenshot.

Can you let me know where the content is not aligning properly after overflowing to the next line on your site?

@hanmedia: The recommended image size for header image is 1200*400px. You seem to have uploaded an image of 1200*450px so to maintain the aspect ratio the size has decreased to 1160x435px.
I suggest you to upload an image of size 1200*400px or of similar aspect ratio.
