Go to => Appearance => Customize => Header Media => Enable On => Select Entire Site, Page/Post Featured Image and Publish.
This will enable the featured image you have selected on each of your pages/posts as the header image on that page.

You will need to install and activate the plugin Catch Web Tools.
Then,
Go to => Dashboard => Catch Web Tools => Webmaster Tools => Activate => Configure => Header and Footer Scripts => Insert the code in wp_head() and Save Changes.

1. You don’t seem to have inserted any links to your Featured Slider items.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Featured Slider => Link => Insert the link to where each of your slider items should be directed when clicked and Publish.

2. For that you will need to create a child theme and do a little bit of customzation. Let me know if you are familiar with child theme customization otherwise I suggest you to hire a customizer.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

You can use our plugin Generate Child Theme to create child theme.
Install and Activate the plugin
Then,
Go to => Dashboard => Generate Child Theme => Select Parent Theme as Solid Construction Pro and fill in remaining fields and Click on Generate.

This will create and activate the child theme.

Note: The customizer settings wont migrate to the child theme. You can use our plugin Catch Import Export plugin to import your customizer settings from the parent theme to the child theme.

To decrease the space at the bottom of feature content you will need to select No of Feature Content as 4.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Featured Content => No of Featured Content => Select 4 and Publish.

Since you have 4 posts in the Featured Content but you have selected the No of Featured Content items as 10 the space is showing up/
