At the moment my question concerns Services, but I would also like to do this for Why Choose Us. On both occasions I am using Custom Content Type.
If there is no link defined, I would like fort the icon/image/header not to be a link. For example; I use services to just show products with a small caption, but I don’t want the user to be able to click on the products. Right now clicking scrolls all the way up to the top of the page. But I need this to work on a per-product-case, so if I do have a linked the user can click the icon/image/header, but if I don’t, the element should not be active.
The only place this seems to work logically is with the Hero Content; if there is no link defined, nothing is active and the user cannot click.
My site is under construction and behind a password, but I hope I was as clear as possible.

Sorry for the late reply. For that you will need to create a child theme and do a little bit of customization. Let me know if you are familiar with child theme customization otherwise I suggest you to hire a customizer to get it done.Kind Regards,

For services:
Go to => Child theme folder => create folders template-parts/services => Under services folder create a file content-image.php and add the code in this link.Likewise for Why Choose Us:
Go to => Child theme folder => create folders template-parts/why-choose-us => Under why-choose-us folder create a file content-image.php and add the code in this link. The path to the content-image.php files in both parent and child theme should be the same otherwise the changes won’t show up on your site.
Let me know if this works out!.
Kind Regards,
