I am afriad the option have Hamburger menu on desktop is only available in the pro version of the theme. I suggest you to upgrade to pro. You can check out the additional-features available in the pro version of the theme.

Are you not able to download the .zip from your Catch Themes My Account Page?

You will need to download the theme .zip. Then,

Go to => Dashboard => Appearance => Themes => Add New => Upload Theme => Browser and Selec the theme .zip and Install and Activate the theme.

Then, To activate the license key
Go to => Appearance => About Theme => License Tab => Enter your License Key => Save Changes => Activate License.

Let me know if you still have any issues installing the theme and activating the license key.

To have a Header Image
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Header Media => Enable the section => Upload your Header Image and Publish. Also you can disable the Featured Slider section that is currently enabled.

To remove posts from homepage.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Homepage/Frontpage Settings => Toggle off Recent Posts/Content on homepage and Publish.

To add a button to the Header Image
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Header Media =>Edit the Header Media Url and Header Media Url Text and Publish.

You seem to be using an older version of the theme. Can you please update the theme to the latest version?

Also try deactivating  JW Player 7 for WP which seems to be causing the issue.
