The code seems to be working fine when added at the top of the Additional CSS section. Due to the error the code is not working when added at the bottom.

I think the bump animation is coming from the Post and Page builder plugin that you are using. There maybe a setting in the plugin to change the animation. Please try contacting the plugin support regarding this issue.

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Header Media => Enable On => Select Entire Site Page/Post Featured Image and Publish.

This will make the Featured Image on each page/post display as the Header Image.
