Try categorizing your Service Posts into Service Types.
Go to => Dashboard => Services => Categorize all the post into respective Service Type.
eg. Create a Service Type Private Chef and select all the posts that fall under this service type.

I see that you seem to be using Slider Wd plugin for the slider. You will need to contact the plugin support for the nav arrows.

To have full width slider
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Layout Options => Site Layout => Select Fluid Layout and Publish.
