The Featured Two Columns is slightly different in Travelore Pro theme. The 1st column is the Featured posts and the 2nd  columns are other remaining posts whereas in Catch Mag Pro there are 2nd and 3rd columns for the remaining posts.

I don’t think the option was deleted. The Footer Editor Option is a pro feature and only available with the pro version.

Maybe you had edited the core theme files for the footer text which has lost during theme update. That is why it always recommended to create a child theme before playing with the theme code.

You can use the Footer Editor Options which is only available in the pro version of the theme. I suggest you to pro.
