I see there are some errors on your Additional CSS section. Please remove the code

}
at the bottom and then add the above code I provided you.

Go to => Dashboard => Social Gallery and Widget Pro => Connect an Instagram Account => Login into your Instagram Account and Allow Access.

Then,
Go to => Appearance => Widgets => Instagram => Add a Widget => Social Gallery and Widget and Publish.
