    Yes, that is the issue of the Blocks themes when you upgrade from Free to Pro, you need to copy and paste the front page blocks. So, I can help with this one. For the license key, it should work. Let me check that. You will get email from support.

    Hi Alisson,

    The Photofocus Blocks Pro theme comes with the Photofocus Blocks Pro theme and FSE Pro plugin. So, go to your account at https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ and you will see the license key for the Photofocus Blocks Pro theme and the FSE Pro plugin.

    You can add License key for the Photofocus Blocks Pro theme from “Appearance => Photofocus Blocks Pro License”
    You can add a License key for the FSE Pro plugin from “Plugins => FSE Pro Plugin License”

    Hi staipa,

    Sorry for the issue. Please update to the Globetrotter Pro 2.2.5 and then you will get an update notification for FSE Pro on your Dashboard. After the theme update, you can also update the FSE Pro plugin from the “Appearance => Install Plugins” and click on “Update”.

    Hello Daniel,

    The Clean Journal option shouldn’t be conflicting with Gutenberg Editor. Please check the settings at “Appearance => Customize”. There should be all the options as https://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/clean-journal-pro/.

    Demo import should work fine if you have installed the Catch Themes Demo Import Plugin. Follow the instructions below:
    1. Install and active the Catch Fullscreen Pro theme
    2. Go to “Appearance => Catch Themes Demo Import”
    3. Click “Import Demo Data” and wait for it to import

    Hello Studiobelle,

    That is called Breadcrumb. It must be from the Yoast SEO plugin. From your site Dashboard, go to “Yoast SEO => Settings => Advanced => Breadcrumbs”, then scroll down and you will see “Enable breadcrumbs for your theme”, just toggle that to remove it.

    Sorry for the issue. Yes, it only shows sometimes when it doesn’t find any button text. So, we have fixed it and updated the theme.

    Please update to the latest version Rock Star Pro 2.8.5.

    Hello Granny,

    I see that you are inside the “Classic Block” where you can see all those formatting options. If you press enter it will go to a new line and will not give an option to add a block. So, needs to be out of “Classic Block”. Just move your move down and click and you will get an option. Also, you can click on “+” on the Editor Header bar.

    Can you post the URL of the page that has “Read More” on it? We don’t have Read More on a page.

    We only have “Continue Reading” with screen-reader-text as the post title on the Aprichive page for posts.

    @jasontlatona: Can you try it once again? If it’s still not working then can you upload a screenshot to your site or any photo-sharing site and paste the URL here?

    Also, we have fixed it in a new version update. So, can you download the zip file from your account and upload it to your site.

    Thanks for purchasing the BizBoost Pro theme. First, you need to install the Bizboost Pro theme and then install the FSE Pro plugin.
    To Install Bizboost Pro theme:
    1. Go to your My Account page at https://catchthemes.com/mainpage/. Then on the Download Section, click on the File name to download your theme zip file.
    2. Then upload the theme zip file to your site. For that, login to your site and then go to “Appearance => Themes => Add New”.
    3. Click on “Upload Theme” and Browse the downloaded .zip file from the desktop where you have it downloaded and click on “Install Now” button to start the installation process.
    4. After it’s installed, click on the “Activate” button to Active the theme
    5. Go to “Appearance => BizBoost Pro License”, and add your BizBosst pro theme license. Click on “Save Changes” and finally click on the “Activate License” button.

    To Install FSE Pro Plugin:
    1. After the theme has been activated, you go to “Appearance => Install Plugins”. Then you will see FSE Pro plugin, click on “Install”. It will install the FSE Pro plugin.
    2. Go to “Plugins => FSE Pro Plugin License” and there you add your FSE Pro plugin license. Click on “Save Changes” and finally click on the “Activate License” button.

    Note: There will be different licenses for the Bizboost Pro theme and FSE Pro plugin.
