It keeps saying “An error occurred, please try again.” after upload the zip file and inputed the license keys, what else can I do ?

the FSE pro plugin ver is 1.4.4.

Thanks for purchasing the BizBoost Pro theme. First, you need to install the Bizboost Pro theme and then install the FSE Pro plugin.
To Install Bizboost Pro theme:
1. Go to your My Account page at https://catchthemes.com/mainpage/. Then on the Download Section, click on the File name to download your theme zip file.
2. Then upload the theme zip file to your site. For that, login to your site and then go to “Appearance => Themes => Add New”.
3. Click on “Upload Theme” and Browse the downloaded .zip file from the desktop where you have it downloaded and click on “Install Now” button to start the installation process.
4. After it’s installed, click on the “Activate” button to Active the theme
5. Go to “Appearance => BizBoost Pro License”, and add your BizBosst pro theme license. Click on “Save Changes” and finally click on the “Activate License” button.

To Install FSE Pro Plugin:
1. After the theme has been activated, you go to “Appearance => Install Plugins”. Then you will see FSE Pro plugin, click on “Install”. It will install the FSE Pro plugin.
2. Go to “Plugins => FSE Pro Plugin License” and there you add your FSE Pro plugin license. Click on “Save Changes” and finally click on the “Activate License” button.

Note: There will be different licenses for the Bizboost Pro theme and FSE Pro plugin.

I followed your steps and “Upload Theme,” but when I tried to enter the license key,

It shows an error occurred, please try again. This applies to both the FSE Pro Plugin License and the BizBosst Pro theme. I tried many times, but it always happens.
