    Thanks Sakin! I suspected as much for #1, but wanted confirmation. Sorry bout unclear question #2, as it turns out they way it currently is, is just fine. Thanks again.

    Thank you! It makes sense that the background needs to be transparent; too bad the box shadow has got to go as well, but I guess we can live with it in order to have rounded corners:) Thanks again.

    Wow, thanks Sakin, that worked perfectly! I should have asked sooner, I spent quite a long time trying to make it work.
