How could the sales team possibly help me if the tech team can’t?
Unless you’re trying to pass me of to try and sell me a piece of software I’ve already paid for?
Is that how you guys do business?
I knew I should’ve never bought software outside envato!
lesson learnt I guess – never buy direct from theme developer… they don’t list in envato for a reason – envato requires them to act appropriately – you can’t jib customers if you list in envato right?

No I can’t.
That’s why I posted here.
Unless there’s a hidden link somewhere, there is no option I can see to download my theme

So there is no option to change this – it requires css?

That will make the sub-pages inaccessible without additional coding – that sucks!

Thanks for that – I’m happy to load an image to dimensions but my images are square, not rectangle – I assume based on your response, there is no way to force a square without upgrading to Pro?
