the issue I had with the theme pertained to its appearance and not technical issues. I was unable to make my site look the way I wanted and didn’t think this theme was right for my site. I am within the 15-day window and it should not take me writing this many posts to receive a refund. This layout was simply not a good fit for my site, therefore, please process the refund accordingly. Thank you.

There are limitations to the design of the categories and pages that I didn’t realize at the time of purchase. The final look is not what I want for my sign and being new to the various theme designs this was not something I was familiar with at the time I made the purchase.
