    I am within the 15 day period and would like to cancel my Clean Blocks Pro subscription and obtain a refund since this theme doesn’t work for my needs. Please confirm the process. Thank you

    @martaunfiltered: Can you please explain in more detail about your requirements the theme has not been able to accomplish. You must have gone through the features of the theme before buying the pro version of the theme.     There are limitations to the design of the categories and pages that I didn’t realize at the time of purchase. The final look is not what I want for my sign and being new to the various theme designs this was not something I was familiar with at the time I made the purchase. Please, therefore, process the refund and cancellation. Thank you.

    the issue I had with the theme pertained to its appearance and not technical issues. I was unable to make my site look the way I wanted and didn’t think this theme was right for my site. I am within the 15-day window and it should not take me writing this many posts to receive a refund. This layout was simply not a good fit for my site, therefore, please process the refund accordingly. Thank you.
