    OK. I tried again. I remove ALL plugins, all other themes. then

    1. I can use Catch Store them with free version
    2. I cannot use pro version as well. Well, I can use it, but I cannot customize or preview it. Any idea?

    If the problem cannot be solved, can I ask for refund?

    no, it doesn’t wok. In fact, there is NO error message in firefox.

    No. It cannot work. The free version can work correctly no matter plugins enable/disable. But pro version cannot work no matter plugins enable/disable.
