I am not sure what it means to log in to “FTP” access. So far, I still do not know who to turn to for help. Everyone keeps sending me to someone else and my site has been down for over a week now. So some actual help would be appreciated by me and the people on this website.

Actually I built the page using another theme and loaded 40 mp3’s to the site successfully. It was after switching the theme to Catch Everest Pro that I was unable to load mp3’s to this site. My host has not changed. The mp3’s have not changed. The only change is the theme. Which I paid for…
