    The answer is “yes” 🙂
    The problem was the “Photonic Gallery & Lightbox for Flickr, SmugMug, Google Photos, Picasa, Zenfolio and Instagram” plugin.

    I’m sorry for the noise…

    Wow, I solved all my problem disabling the plugin “Photonic Gallery & Lightbox for Flickr, SmugMug, Google Photos, Picasa, Zenfolio and Instagram”.

    After many reload I finally set the Service pages and Contacts because for a while the configuration forms appears.
    But the theme 1.3.1 still work bad, like shown in the attached file.

    Not a big problem: once the configuration is set, I don’t need to change it frequently. But this is very strange.
