Thanks, I finally figured out how to get it to work. I used Essential Grid, created a page for each E G gallery, and embedded a link in the image to the page.

I’m still not getting Essential Grid to work. The developer said to try WP Bakery Page Builder, but I’m not getting a response from them. (My original site used WP Page Builder, and it’s still there.)

I downloaded the Catch Gallery plugin, but the instructions for Chique and Catch Gallery do not appear to have any info on how to do it. I want different galleries to be accessed by click on individual images in blocks on my home page. The instructions are for inserting galleries on pages, but not for inserting links to galleries.

Thanks. I’m working with the Essential Grid developer, have solved part of the problem, not the entire problem.
