Hello,

On my Dashboard in WordPress, the following message appears: Your license key has reached its activation limit.

I had some issues with Bluehost where they needed to deactivate the theme to fix the issues and then reactivate it. It is the only thing I can think of that could have created this issue, however I would need your help to fix it, please.

@stephvogue : If you are using the same license key in multiple sites then you are supposed to get the message but If you are using it in a single site it should work properly. Can you please let me the number of sites using the theme that you hove bought. If you are still having issues please let me know.

Thank you both for your reply. I’m using it for one site only: http://www.voguemariages.com and the license key that is causing the error is the one in ‘my account’ (as noted by Sakin).

Hi Stephanie,

I just checked your account and see that the license key is used on your test site like box5634.temp.domains. I have deactivated the license key from that site. Now, can you try to add it to your site?
