    Dear Forum,

I am currently working with the theme Catch Responsive Pro, version 4.2.3. Is this compatible with Woocommerce 4.0.0? If not, what does CRP 4.5.2 do better here?

    Thanks in advance,
    Alexander

    Hello Alexander,

Catch Responsive Pro 4.2.3 was released on March 18, 2018. So, it like 2 years old. So, we are not sure if that is compatible with WooCommerce 4.0.0 or not. But Yes, we have tested it with Catch Responsive 4.5.3 and it’s working fine. We don’t recommend keeping theme older then a year.

    Regards,
    Sakin

    Dear Sakin,

I have installed Woocommerce and the webshop is running. However, now the header image doesn’t show anymore. Is this a known bug? How can I fix it?

    Thanks in advance,

    Regards
    Alexander

OK, something happened and an older backup was installed again. With the new theme 4.5.3 the header is back again. Sorry.

    Dear Alexander,

Glad to hear that it’s fixed. Catch Responsive Pro theme is one of the most updated themes and popular themes. So, there shouldn’t be any bug like that. But yes, if you find any minor bug then do let us know and we will fix it in next version update.

    Regards,
    Sakin
