All pro theme customers get premium support, you do not have to buy it separately.

The section is Hero Content Section. For its details, view this link: https://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/clean-education-pro/#footer-editor. If you are still confused, let me know and I will guide you further.

For second question, what do you mean by change style of read more? You can change the content from readmore to anything else. Goto Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options=> Excerpt Options=> Excerpt More text, change text there and it will change. If you want to give it a different CSS, let me know what you want along with your site url and I will give you custom codes for that.

How do I access premium support? That selection takes me to a purchase option with no way to contact you without an additional purchase.

The button you have is a plain text box. I have custom buttons that I would rather use. Is that possible?

If not, How can I recreate your “read more” buttons to insert in my own content?

Thank you for the “Hero Content” info. IS there a way to make a custom shortcode button (Max Buttons Plugin) from my selected page show up in the hero box?

Hi @silkroaddog,

This forum is premium support for pro themes. If you want email support, we can provide that too for pro theme users. What we do is use emails for sensitive information and use public forum for common issues, which might be helpful for other users as well.

Yo do not need to buy that option. That option will let you access our email support and for free users.

For buttons, can you post in your site url, and also HTML for custom button. I will check and see if that will be compatible or not.

Shortcodes can be allowed. But for that, you will need to create a child theme and make a bit of modification. First, make a child theme following out tutorial here: http://catchthemes.com/blog/create-child-theme-wordpress/.

Then, I will provide you code to allow shortcode.
