Hello,

In the customizer, I try to insert a video as a header instead of a picture. Unfortunately, then neither picture nor video appears. What could that be? What am I doing wrong?

Can someone help me?

@sapana: Hello Sapana, Thank you for your response. Unfortunately I can not give you the access data. The site is from a friend who does not want this. In the Customizer Header Media there is the possibility to use a video but if I do that then the header disappears completely. Can you tell me something from a distance, or is it not possible?

@miridesign: Can you please enable the header video so that I can look what exactly wrong going in your site.Please follow this steps:
Go to=>Appearance=> Customize=> Header Media=> Header Video=> Select the Video=> Save /Publish it.
Note: If you are uploading the video from media library then it should be less than 8mb

@miridesign: Can you disable all the plugin and check it once,sometime it may be due to plugin conflict also.let me know if you face same problem again!

Yes I have the same issue but on mobile only. My header video shows on computers but not mobiles. cloudedmentalties.org
