I just bought Simple Catch Pro theme and installed it. It happens that the theme is not accepting the S2 Shortcode [dw-post-more level=”1″].

I need that urgently to work.

@sdn: It shouldn’t be that. Did you contact the S2Member plugin support forum. As this looks more like plugin issue then theme.

Things are not working on two different places:

1. Breadcrumbs:

For a test, please go here:
http://www.service-design-network.org/sdn13/products-page/article/tp03-1p26/

Then click on “Articles” at the breadcrumbs:
SDN » SDN Products » Articles » TP03-1P26 – Growing On Its Own: Energie-Labor

It should display a list of all products tagged as “Articles”, but instead it goes to the members login page.

2. Product Tags:

Go here:
http://www.service-design-network.org/sdn13/read/volumesoverview/

Check the Articles Tag Cloud on the botton right of the page.
When a tag is clicked, it should display the list of articles that have the same tag. It does not.

All these features were working with the previous theme.

If we don’t find a solution for these issues, we will have to go back to the previous theme.

@sdn: For S2Member plugin support, please ask in S2Member support forum or contact the plugin author.

About ten breadcrumbs leading to login page. You have to check the settings in S2Member plugin for this page http://www.service-design-network.org/sdn13/products-page/article/ . It looks like this page is visible only to member. That is why it is redirecting to login page. For better answer, pleas ask plugin support.

About tag is also same. It will be same with all theme. Our theme doesn’t work to make any compulsory login. Theme cannot lock use to view certain section and block certain section. This type of things can only be done through plugin.

Make sure you check back again with the other theme.
