Hi,

We are currently running a website using version 3.9.3 and would like to update it to 3.9.5 and came across the following error message:

An error occurred while updating Full Frame Pro: Update package not available.

Please advise.

@antiguanice: You cannot update pro theme like you update free theme .To update pro theme you’ll need to first download the theme from https://catchthemes.com/my-account/page. Then install Catch Web Tools plugin and activate Catch Updater Module. https://wordpress.org/plugins/catch-web-tools/

@quintin-ellison: Can you re-download it and install. As sometimes there might be incomplete download and sometime incomplete upload to your Dashboard. So, try again and let me know if the issue is resolved.
