Updating the theme in WordPress 4.2.2 (Win 8.1) shows me the error

Error found in Catch Responsive Pro: Update-Paket not available.
(translated, not the exact wording)

How can I solve ?

@powwareherbie: Please follow the update instructions mentioned in http://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/catch-responsive-pro/#updating .This is premium theme and WordPress doesn’t allow to update that directly as the file is not hosted in WordPress.com. So, first you need to download theme zip file from your account at http://catchthemes.com/my-account. After that you can update from WordPress Dashboard then you need to install Catch Updator plugin http://catchthemes.com/wp-plugins/catch-updater/ and then upload the zip file from “Appearance => Themes => Add New => Upload Theme”

@powwareherbie: Order #58114 belongs to username: arnold and not powwareherbie. So, you need to login from that account to download the theme. User powwareherbie don’t have any access to theme.

I have Catch Responsive Pro
my version version 2.1 installed. Update to 3.0. when I try to update to version 3.0 i got the following message

The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.
Enabling Maintenance mode…
Updating Theme Catch Responsive Pro (1/1)
An error occurred while updating Catch Responsive Pro: Update package not available.
Disabling Maintenance mode…
All updates have been completed.

Anything I can do?
