    Hello!

I am not using the home page in the post, but rather another page that we created. However, SEO is informing us that there are two H1, since the title of this page automatically appears on the Home page.

Can you create some code that does not show the page title?

    More information:

    Site: http:www.conducere.com.br

Excuse me for the rustic features

    Thank you.

    Hi @valeska-conducere,

Can you check if the problem persists in our demo at https://catchthemes.com/demo/full-frame ?

    Hi,

I can not reproduce the error…

Anyway, I really appreciate the help.

We are altering our theme. Today we have Full Frame and we will switch to Clean Education.

By the way, however much the subject says it is responsive, the text does not occupy the entire screen.

Has, how to leave in “Full Screen”?

    Thank you,

    Valeska

    Hi @valeska-conducere,

Can you explain with the help of screenshot. I cannot understand what you mean.

    Sure, no problem! 🙂

    See in this new screenshot:

    Page Conducere

This is a normal page, not the blog. Note that the text is left with whitespace, as marked in yellow, and however “no sidebar”, the text does not look at the entire page.

    Hi @valeska-conducere,

It looks like you have selected content width layout in Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options=> Layout Options=> Default Layout. here, select No Sidebar Full Width option and the content will go full width.

Let me know how it goes.

    Regards,
    Pratik

    Hi Pratik!

My settings are according to your description. However, the layout appears as I showed in the screenshot. Do you have any suggestions for what might be happening?

    Thanks,

    Valeska

    Hi @valeska-conducere,

Did you change the settings and save, because your site still shows its taking content-width and not full-width?

I will need your admin credentials to check further. Please check your email for further details.

    Hi,

How are we changing the theme, can we do that in the new layout?

I am facing the same problem with the Clean Education theme.

What do you advise me, close this forum and open another in the topic Clean Education, or do you have to change it internally?

    HI,

Please choose No Sidebar (Full Width) option there. If its not there, then you are using free version. Please upgrade to pro for that feature.

    Pratik

    Hello!

Thank you so much for your attention!

We do not really have this option of “No Sidebar (Full Width)”, but rather “No Sidebar (Content Width)”.

Regarding Upgrade, we have three doubts:

1 – Is it possible to fully customize the theme, such as colors, in addition to the options described in the support?

2 – Is the payment annual or only if you purchase the upgrades thereof?

3 – Does your support in this version help with details like jquery and CSS?

    Thank you,

    Valeska

    Hi @valeska-conducere,

1 – Is it possible to fully customize the theme, such as colors, in addition to the options described in the support?
Checkout theme instructions for pro theme at https://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/clean-education-pro/ for more info on theme options

2 – Is the payment annual or only if you purchase the upgrades thereof?
    Payment is annual.

3 – Does your support in this version help with details like jquery and CSS?
Support will help with minor CSS and php child theme modifications. For jQuery, you need to hire a customizer as this falls beyond theme support scope.

    Regards,
    Pratik
