    My featured image is full size when I click on each blog post (virologydownunder.com), but when scrolling through past posts, the images are all small and right-aligned. What have I done wrong?

    @ianm: It looks like the image sizes that you have used is wrong. Please use the images size for featured image as specified below.
    Image Sizes: Featured Image
    Width: 778px
    Height: 438px
